Pocket Tour

Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-11-05

This policy explains how NIXLIGHT TECHNOLOGY LIMITED (“we”, “us”) handles information in the mobile game Billiards: Pocket Tour (the “App”) and on this website.

In short: you play without an account. Your settings, progress and match records stay on your device. The App uses a small number of Google and RevenueCat services for basic statistics, ads and store purchases, described below. We do not sell personal information.

1. No account required

The App does not ask you to create an account and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts.

2. Data stored on your device

The App stores the following locally on your device: settings (language, sound, controls), career statistics and rank, equipped and owned cosmetic items, your Crystals balance, and records of recent matches (shot-by-shot table data for up to your last 20 matches). We do not upload this data. It is removed when you delete the App, although your device’s own backup service (iCloud or Google) may keep a copy according to your device settings.

3. Basic usage statistics

Release versions of the App use Google Firebase Analytics to collect basic, aggregated statistics such as app opens, session length, app version, device model, operating system version and approximate country or region. Firebase assigns a random app-instance identifier. We do not set a user ID, do not link these statistics to your identity, and have configured analytics so that it is not used for ad personalization.

4. Advertising

The App may show ads provided by Google AdMob. To deliver and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may process your device’s advertising identifier, IP address, device information and ad interactions. Where the law requires it, we ask for your consent first. On iOS, the advertising identifier is used only if you allow tracking. You can reset or limit the advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

5. In-app purchases

Purchases are processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play. We never receive your payment card details. We use RevenueCat to validate purchases and restore items you own. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier, transaction details and basic device and app information.

6. This website

This website does not use cookies or analytics of its own. The trailer is hosted on YouTube and loads from youtube-nocookie.com only after you press play; from then on, Google’s privacy policy applies to that player. Our hosting provider may keep standard server logs, such as IP addresses, for security and reliability.

8. Children

The App is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us and we will help delete it.

9. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or California law), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information and to object to certain processing. Because we do not hold an account or profile for you, most data lives only on your device, and you can remove it by deleting the App. For data processed by the services above, contact us and we will help you exercise your rights.

10. Changes

We will update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
